General T&Cs
Our 2-week Introduction Offer is available to new clients only. Using a different email address does not qualify you as a new client.
Clients must be 16 years or older to attend a class at Salt Pilates Studio.
If you are pregnant, you may attend any class up to 16 weeks of pregnancy. From 16 weeks onwards, you may attend Align classes only.
To ensure the safety of all participants and to minimise disruption, please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to join the session, and your class will be forfeited.
Instructors reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance or if they feel the client isn’t suitable or safe for a particular class type.
Payment must be made before booking for all group classes - this can be done via our website, the Salt Pilates Studio App, or the Mindbody App. For private sessions, payment can be made in-studio via our Square machine.
Salt Pilates Studio reserves the right to cancel classes if there are fewer than 2 clients booked. You will be contacted via text or email 2–3 hours prior to the class start time, and your session will be returned to your account to use at another time.

Cancellation Policy
As a boutique studio, our 5-hour cancellation policy ensures fairness and availability for all members and waitlisted clients. You can cancel a class the same way you booked - we do not accept cancellations by phone, email, social media, or in person.
Cancellations made more than 5 hours before the class will have the session returned to your account.
Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the class start time will result in the session being forfeited.
Introduction Offer & Class Pack Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 5 hours before your class to avoid losing your session. To cancel a booking, please do so via the online booking system. Not attending your booked class without cancellation will result in the session being forfeited.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation: Cancelling within 5 hours of your class start time will forfeit the session, and a $10 late cancellation fee will be deducted from your account.
No Show: Not attending your booked class without cancellation will forfeit the session, and a $20 no show fee will be deducted from your account.
Please note: a late cancellation or no show counts as one of your weekly classes.
Private Session Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your private session to avoid being charged the full session fee. To cancel, please email hello@saltpilatesstudio.com.au.
Waitlists
If the class is full, add yourself to the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically booked into the class and notified by text and email - there’s no need to confirm. Waitlists can move quickly, especially overnight, so if you’re unable to attend, please remove yourself as soon as possible.
Standard cancellation policies apply for late cancellations (within 5 hours) or no-shows.
Membership T&C’s
Salt Pilates Studio offers the following membership options:2 Classes Per Week Membership
3 Classes Per Week
Membership Unlimited Membership
All memberships have a minimum 3-month contract.
Memberships are billed via recurring weekly autopay from your nominated account through Mindbody.
After the initial 3 months, memberships may be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks’ written notice (refer to Membership Termination for further details).
Memberships may be subject to price increases. A minimum of one month’s notice will be provided via email prior to any change.
Your weekly class allocation begins on the first day of your autopay cycle and does not automatically run Monday to Sunday. For example, if your membership starts on a Wednesday, your membership week will run Wednesday to Tuesday.
Members may book classes up to one month in advance, subject to availability.
Late cancelling a class within 5 hours of the class start time will result in a $10 late cancellation fee, charged to your nominated account, and the forfeiture of one class from your weekly allocation.
Not attending a booked class without cancellation (no-show) will result in a $20 no-show fee, charged to your nominated account, and the forfeiture of one class from your weekly allocation.
A failed weekly membership payment will incur a $5 per day fee, charged to your nominated account once the payment is processed. If payment continues to fail, your membership will be suspended and any bookings will be cancelled until payment is received.
For 2 or 3 class per week memberships, classes do not carry over to the next week and must be taken within your weekly cycle or they will be forfeited.
For 2 or 3 class per week memberships, if you exceed your weekly class allowance, each additional class will be $25, automatically charged to your account on file. The system does not track your weekly class usage, so it is your responsibility to monitor your classes. Late cancellations and no-shows still count toward your weekly allowance.
Unlimited memberships are entitled to one class per day. As a boutique studio, this ensures fairness and availability for all members to attend.
Unlimited memberships include access to all studio challenges. Participation is optional — it’s your choice whether to opt in.
Any requests regarding membership suspension, termination, or changes must be handled directly by Salt Pilates Studio, as these cannot be done through the app. Please email us at hello@saltpilatesstudio.com.au and we can process this for you. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been actioned. We do not accept requests via text, in person, or on social media.
Membership Suspension
Memberships can be suspended with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Please include your requested start and end dates in your email. Suspensions must be for at least 7 days, and there is no limit to the number of suspensions you may take within a calendar year. While your membership is suspended, you will not be able to book classes. Your membership will automatically resume on the date you specified, at which point you can book classes again.
Membership Termination
All memberships have a 3 month minimum commitment. After this period, you may cancel your membership with 2 weeks’ written notice.
Memberships may be suspended or terminated by Salt Pilates Studio if a client does not comply with Terms & Conditions or studio policies, to ensure fairness and safety for all members.
Membership Upgrades/Downgrades
You may change your membership type at any time by emailing us. Please allow a few days for the change to be processed in our system.
